How to request account deletion

Send the request from the email address registered with your account. Include your full name, registered email address, and registered phone number if one was provided.

Verification

The Phoenix Co. - Fenix Production may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.

Information deleted or anonymized

After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal account information that is no longer required, including:

Your name.
Your email address.
Your phone number.
Your authentication credentials.
Your active login sessions and access tokens.

The account will no longer be available for signing in.

Information that may be retained

Certain records may be retained in anonymized or restricted form when reasonably necessary for:

Protecting the integrity of competition results.
Preserving votes that were already submitted.
Preventing fraud or duplicate transactions.
Payment, accounting, and dispute-resolution records.
Security and legal compliance obligations.

Retained voting records will not be used to allow the deleted account to sign in or access the service.

Processing time

We will review your request after verifying account ownership and process it within a reasonably necessary period.
